Optimal Me! Wellness for Women will support you in learning to live your vision for

Using whole food nutrition as a foundation to nourish your body, mind and soul!
 
 
Optimal Me! Wellness for Women  is a virtual space (via teleconference) for women to come together to support and be supported in their journey to achieve vibrant health and wholeness. 
 
A three month program consisting of six sessions scheduled every two weeks. 
Each session is 90 minutes. Group size: 6 – 10 women
 
Optimal Me! is for women who want to: 
  • Lose weight and keep it off!
  • Increase their energy levels!
  • Significantly reduce their levels of stress!
  • Decrease their cravings for food!
  • Eliminate signs and symptoms of premature aging!
